I went here to purchase a Premium Modal Shawl. The day before visiting, I had messaged the store online to confirm whether the Premium was in stock. I was told that it was available and was even directed to the specific area in-store where I could find it, which is exactly where I went, but I was incorrectly given the Deluxe Modal Shawl. When I pointed this out, the staff insisted “it’s the same thing anyway.” If that were true, there wouldn’t be different names and price points. Instead of correcting the mistake, they just waved it off. Being dismissed over a simple product clarification was extremely unprofessional. Customers should be able to trust staff to know their products and handle mistakes respectfully.

i just want to say how thankful i am for the amazing help we received today by a beautiful young lady shyamta. she was so kind and patient,not only with me but my daughter.my daughter is usually very shy, but she made her feel completely comfortable. she even helped her style her hijab beautifully as she had done hers, she walked out with a big smile on her face. Such a beautiful kind soul this young lady was to us.-Highly recommended

I came here 2 times, the first time was just before Eid and the girls here so nice I wish i had gotten their names, i tried on soooo many clothing pieces I am quite picky with what I like to wear especially for Eid, and the girls here helped so much as I was struggling to see which shirt I should pair with the silk pants, and they said the gold would be stunning with it so I chose that and they were so right, on the day of Eid it looked stunning they even suggested what colour heels as well. the second time was today in the morning, they’re just absolutely amazing girls here always greeting with a smile, and helping as much as they can. and I love how this store plays nasheeds as well. will definitely be coming back more.

I recently visited this store with my friend to buy a dress for Eid. While the collection looked beautiful and we really liked one of the dresses, the customer service left us very disappointed. As I went to try the dress on, my friend noticed that a strap was missing and politely mentioned it to the lady at the counter. Instead of responding with care or offering a solution, she pretended to look through a drawer full of ribbons and accessories, then abruptly asked my friend, “Is there anything you are interested in?” Her tone was rude, and she didn’t bother to continue the conversation. She simply looked the other way, making us feel very unwelcome. We were genuinely interested in the dress despite the missing strap, but the staff’s attitude made us walk away. As a Muslim clothing store, especially during a special time like Eid, we expected warmth, respect, and good communication. Unfortunately, we didn’t experience that here. We hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service. A little kindness goes a long way.

Unaysa was amazing with her customer service. Shopping alone was a bit daunting but Unaysa gave me her great advices, helped me plan out my Eid Outfit and colour matched for me. It wasn’t just me but she was also very kind to the other customers. Danielle from cashier was amazing as well. She was lively and made the transaction fast and easy.
