I came here this morning to buy a hijab 🧕🏻 and fluffy hair tie, Aysha served me, she is soo Lovely and hardworking🩷, Everytime I need anything Hijab related I come here because their staff and customer service is the best I’ve experienced with the “Hijabi” shops 🏬in Sydney. Nadia was an excellent sales rep and helped me with all my questions. She was super accommodating and just an overall stunning person. Definitely deserves a raise. Update: 21/07/2024 The product I bought had a few loose strands of fabric, which I didn't see at the time of purchase. I went back into the store to check my options and the two ladies, Aisha and Lara, were super helpful and told me my options. I ended up getting a replacement, hassle free. They even told me how to care for the product to prevent the fabric from fraying. 5/5 customer service. Amazing staff and products. love the store 🫡

I had an issue with sizes, and I just needed to exchange for a bigger size but purchased it during sale time. The lovely Bass contacted me directly and went back and forth when she didn’t have to and fixed my problem instantly. Thank you so much Bass and the Modelle team that always deal with me. You girls always go out of your way even tho it’s not your problem. Thank you ladies I really appreciate you.
